Reservation Details:

Payment:
Payment should be by check to Coral Sands, LLC or by Visa. A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. You will receive a rental confirmation upon receipt of the 50% deposit.

Rental Deposits and Taxes:
Please add a 14% Mexican IVA tax to rental rates. We reserve the right to require a rental deposit on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee. Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 25% of the rental amount. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount, unless we are able to re-rent the house.

We will make every effort to re-rent the house. If we are able to rent the villa for the time-period subject to cancellation, we will refund an amount equal to the rent actually received minus a $100 cancellation fee.
